摘　　要：目的: 观察移植的嗅鞘细胞 (OECs) 在损伤脊髓中的迁移特性。方法: 将OECs用双苯亚甲胺染色, 植入 12只SD大鼠半横断脊髓的头端 (A组 ), 植入 12只大鼠半横断脊髓的尾端 (B组 ), 对照组(C组) 12只植入没有损伤的脊髓内。术后 1、2、4、6周观察脊髓中OECs的分布。结果: A组和B组OECs分别在白质中向头端和尾端迁移, 但越过断端的数量少, C组不迁移。结论: OECs的迁移主要沿着轴突进行, 向头端和尾端迁移的数量和速度都没有明显区别, 但 6周时只有少量OECs能越过损伤区。OECs在没有损伤的脊髓白质中不进行迁移。Objective:To observe the migratory property of olfactory ensheating cells(OECs) after transplantation in adult rats semitransected spinal cord.Method:OECs,stained by Hoechst 33342,were transplanted into the proximal end of SD rats semitransected spinal cord at T 10 level(group A,n=12),in group B were transplanted into distal end(n= 12) and in control group (group C) were transplanted into normal spinal cord(n=12).Distribution of OECs were observed at the 1~ st,2~ rd,4~ thand 6~ th week postoperatively. Result:OECs in group A had rostral migration,caudal migration in group B,no migration in group C.Conclusion:OECs mainly migrate along axon in white matter,there were no speed and amout difference between rostral and caudal migration.Only small amout of OECs could get across the transected gap.OECs does not migrate in intact spinal cord.
