摘　　要：资源的整合,是进行任何一项经济活动都要涉及的问题。从处理矛盾问题的角度,利用可拓方法研究资源整合创意的生成问题,为企业提供可操作的解决资源矛盾的形式化方法。In any economic activity,the problem of resource integration must be touched upon.Based on extension methods,this paper studies the generation of resource integration originality from handling contradictory problem's angle,provides the formalization methods for solving enterprises' resource contradiction.This can help to achieve the maximum profit of resource integration.
