摘　　要：研究潜产权功能的出发点是产权的功能。产权的功能是产权内在具有的而非人为设计的 ,与其内部及属性相联系的 ,而潜产权不具有全部产权的属性 ,因此 ,潜产权的功能较产权的功能弱化。The difference of the functions of property rights and potential property rights are researched in the paper. The function of property rights is inherent and will not derive from endowment or design. It only depends on the type and the characteristics of a property. Because potential property does not possess all characteristics of the related property, the function of potential property rights is less powerful than that of property rights.
