摘 要:按照拟定的水资源安全度研究思路,以河南省及其各市未来水资源需求量预测和水资源量估算为基础,将水资源安全度定义为不同时期水资源需求量与供给量之比,计算了河南省及其各市的水资源安全度. 根据水资源安全度计算值,将水资源安全划分为安全、较安全、较不安全、不安全和极不安全 5个等级类型,分析了河南省及其各市的水资源安全特征和区域差异及其成因.According to the analysis train of water resources security level drawn up by this paper, and based on the forecast of the water requirement amount and the calculation of the water resources amount in Henan province and its each city, the water resources security degree is defined as the ratio of water requirement amount to water supply amount in different times, and the water resources security degrees in Henan and the cities in the province are calculated. In line with the calculating results, the water resources security level is divided into 5 types: security, slight security, slight insecurity, insecurity and extreme insecurity. Then, we analyse the features and the regional differences and their forming causes of the water resources security in Henan and the cities in the province.
