摘　　要：主要介绍了莱钢热电厂2#高炉鼓风机机组转速波动的情况,通过故障分析、静/动态实验等一系列措施,找到了转速波动的原因和解决方法,保证了高炉鼓风机的安全稳定运行。The rotating speed's fluctuation circumstances of No.2 blast furnace blower unit of the Heat Power Plant, Laiwu Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd. are mainly presently. Based on the failures analysis and the measures of static/dynamic tests, the fluctuation causes of the rotating speed and solutions are found out. This guarantees the safety and stable operation of the blast furnace blower.
