摘　　要：本钢5号高炉PW环缝洗涤塔自投运以来运行不畅,设备运行中循环泵站水泵出现不正常的漏水、漏煤气现象。通过改进水泵密封材质,把柔性石墨更换为硬质合金,保证了PW环缝洗涤塔设备运行正常,减少了不正常检修中高炉煤气对检修人员的人身伤害。The ring seam scrubbing tower of No.5 blast furnace of Benxi Iron & Steel Co. had an unsmooth running since commissioning. In the light of unusual water leakage of water pump of the circulation pump station during operation of devices and gas leakage, the seal materials for the water pump were improved and the flexible graphite was replaced by the hard alloy. This assured regular operation of devices for PW ring seam scrubbing tower and reduced harm of blast furnace gas to maintainers in unregular maintenance.
