摘　　要：高等教育的持续发展,也督促着高校档案管理工作临危思变,跳出“保管”的思维,与时俱进,开拓档案管理的新理念。从树立档案的利用和服务意识、加快档案信息化建设及重视人才的培养等方面阐述了现阶段搞好高校档案管理工作的思路。The continuous development of the higher education urges the records management of university shake off the thinking of 'the storage' and develop the new conception of the records management. This paper expounds the ideas of doing well the records management of university in the new period from aspects of establishing the consciousness of records utilization and service, speeding up the construction of the records informatization, and laying stress on the talents training, etc.
