摘　　要：从现代社会对图书馆建设文献信息数据库的迫切要求,论述了图书馆数据库建设的必要性和有利条件,并提出了建设数据库的指导思想、原则和实施要点。Starting from the urgent demand of the modern society on the construction of the literature information database of the library, this paper discusses on the necessity and favorable conditions of the library to construct the literature information database, and puts forward the guiding thought, principles and operational emphases of the construction of the database.
