摘　　要：目的了解影响慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活质量的主要因素。方法采用圣乔治(St.George's)呼吸疾病病问卷对76例稳定期COPD患者的生活质量进行测评,并将生活质量与患者的年龄、吸烟量、患病年限、伴发病、肺功能、动脉血气、呼吸困难、24个月内COPD急性加重和住院等情况进行直线相关及逐步回归分析。结果COPD患者生活质量与患者的年龄、呼吸困难程度、一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值%、PaO2、COPD急性加重及住院频率均明显相关,但只是呼吸困难程度,PaO2、CPPD急性加重频率及FEV1占预预计值%对生活质量有显著影响。结论COPD患者的生活质量较差,影响COPD患者生活质量的主要因素依次为呼吸困难程度、PaO2情况、COPD急性加重频率及FEV1占预计值%。To understand the factors which could influence the quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The St. George′s Respiratory Questionnaire was used to measure the quality of life in 76 stable COPD patients. Relationship between the quality of life and some variables (including age, smoking, years of suffering from COPD, comorbidity, parameters of pulomonary function, PaO2, PaCO2, dyspnea degree, and frequency of acute exacerbation of COPD and frequency of hospitalization in the past 24 months) was described by liner correlation analysis and the factors influencing the quality of life were determined by stepwise multiple regression analysis. There was significant correlation between the quality of life and age, forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1)% predicted, PaO2, degree of dyspnea, frequency of COPD acute exacerbation and hospitalization. The quality of life was significantly affected by degree of dyspnea, PaO2, FEV1% predicted and frequency of COPD acute exacerbation. [Conclusion] The quality of life in COPD patients is poor and the main factors that influence the quality of life are severity of dyspnea, PaO2, frequency of COPD acute exacerbation and FEV1% predicted in turn.
