摘　　要：目的探讨B超普通探头引导下经皮无水酒精注射治疗复发性卵巢巧克力囊肿的适应证、有效性和安全性。方法27例复发性卵巢巧克力囊肿患者,经腹超声引导下介入治疗,术后口服孕三烯酮3个月,B超随访至少6个月。结果27例治疗均获得成功,无严重副作用发生。结论B超普通探头引导下介入治疗复发性卵巢巧克力囊肿有效、安全、经济。To evaluate the probability, effectiveness and safety of aspiration and ethanol coagulation of recurrence ovarian chocolate cysts guided by general ultrasound probe. 27 patients with recurrence ovarian chocolate cysts had been treated with aspiration and ethanol coagulation via anterior abdominal wall. All patients were prescribed gestrinone orally in three months after the operation, and were followed with ultrasound at least six months. No serious complications occurred in all the 27 patients. The total curate rate was 82.8%, and efficacy rate was 100%. [Conclusion] Aspiration and ethanol coagulation of recurrence ovarian chocolate cysts guided by general ultrasound probe is a microinvasive therapeutic method with easy manipulation, high safety and satisfactory effects. It is worthy of advocating.
