摘　　要：目的提高对前列腺增生症合并泌尿系结核的认识。方法回顾8例前列腺增生症合并泌尿系结核患者的诊疗经过并加以分析。结果3例首诊确诊,5例曾误诊。结论在前列腺增生症诊断中应考虑到泌尿系结核的可能。Toimprove the dignostic accuracy for Benign prostatitis Hyperplasia combined with Urinary tuberculosis. To review the clinical data of 8 cases of Benign prostatitis Hyperplasia combined with Urinary tuberculosis and to summarize the clinical diagnostic experience. 3 cases was diagnosed for the first time, 5 cases had been misdiagnosed. [Conclusion] The possibility of Urinary tuberculosis should be take into account when Benign prostatitis Hyperplasia is diagnosed.
