摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)并发症原因及其对策。方法回顾分析5280例腹腔镜胆囊切除术各种并发症的发生原因及其处理方法。结果出现各种并发症62例,其中胆管损伤、胆瘘、出血等严重并发症28例,轻度并发症34例,其中死亡2例,均为非技术性死亡。结论严格掌握手术适应证,注意胆囊三角的解剖关系,避免盲目自信,是预防各种并发症发生的关键。To explore the cause and counterneasure of complication following laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The cause and management of complications in 5280 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Related complications were found in 62 cases, including 28 cases of severe complications with bile duct injuryes, bile leakage, hemorrhage. 34 cases of light complications. 2 of that patients died of non-technical reasons. [Conclusions] Proper selection of patients, paying attention to anatomy of gallbladder triangle and avoiding blind self-confidence is the key to reduce various complication.
