摘  要:以速生杉木加工剩余物为主要原料、Na2SiO3为快速固化添加剂制备水泥刨花板,研究了冷、热压两种压板方 式、Na2SiO3添加量、热压温度、热压时间、水灰比、灰木比、水泥种类和刨花形态等因素对水泥刨花板主要性能的影 响。结果表明,热压法可适用于水泥刨花板制造,最佳工艺条件为:Na2SiO3添加量10%、热压温度95℃、热压时间 12min、水灰比0.6、灰木比2.6,制备的水泥刨花板的静曲强度达到10MPa;采用MgCl2后处理能显著改善板的性 能。In this experiment, residues from plantation grown Chinese Fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata) and three types of cement, ordinary Portland cement 42.5#, 32.5# and white Porland cement 32.5# were selected to manufacture cement-bonded particleboards with sodium silicate (Na_2SiO_3) added as a fast curing additive. The following parameters were investigated: the influence of adding various quantities of Na_2SiO_3, using both cold and hot pressing methods, various hot-pressing temperatures and times, water/cement ratios, cement/wood ratios, and the effect of cement type and wood particle size on the board properties (MOR, MOE, TS). Results showed that the hot pressing method was able to be used for producing cement particleboards. When the following conditions were used: 10% Na_2SiO_3, hot pressing parameters of 95 ℃ for 12 minutes, water/cement ratio of 0.6, and cement/wood ratio of 2.6, the MOR of the boards could reach 10 MPa. Moreover, the bending strength and dimensional stability of the boards could be remarkably improved after a post treatment with MgCl_2.
