野罂粟碱镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究野罂粟碱(Nudicauline,Nu)的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠扭体法、热板法、福尔马林实验法和电刺激法观察野罂粟碱的镇痛作用。结果:野罂粟碱明显减少ip酒石酸锑钾引起的小鼠扭体反应次数、提高55℃热板法小鼠疼痛反应的阈值,降低小鼠福尔马林实验疼痛反应积分,小鼠电刺激法镇痛作用的ED50为10.7(8.2～12.9)mg/kg。结论:野罂粟碱有显著的镇痛作用。Objective:To study analgesia effect of nudecauline (Nu).Methods:In the hot-plate test(55℃), antimony potassium tartrate-induced writhing test, formalin test and electricity stimulate tail test in mice, the changes of the latencies of licking paws, the writhing numbers and pain score were observed respectively after administration.Results:Nu remarkedly prolonged latencies of licking paws, reduced the number of writhing, as well as decreased the pain score of mice in the formalin tet, ED 50 value of analgesia effect was 10.7(8.5～12.9)mg/kg in electricity stimulate tail in mice.Conclusion:Nu has prominent analgesia effect.
