海龙胶颗粒益肾壮阳作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察海龙胶颗粒益肾壮阳的药效学作用。方法:实验观察海龙胶颗粒对氧化可的松制作的肾虚小鼠模型体重、体温、自主活动的影响,对幼年雌性小鼠子宫、卵巢发育的影响;对巴比妥钠制作的去势大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期的影响结果:海龙胶颗粒能提高氢化可的松肾虚模型小鼠的体重、体温、自主活动总次数,对幼年雌性小鼠卵巢、子宫发育有促进作用,可缩短去势雄性大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期。结论:海龙胶颗粒具有较好的益肾壮阳作用。Objective:To observe the pharmacodynamic effect of granule Hai Long Jiao on tonifying the kidney and strengthening the Yang.Methods:To test the effects on body weight, body temperature and spontaneity autonomic movement of the kidney deficiency mouse; womb and ovary development of the young female mouse; penis erection latency of castrated male mice.Results:Granule Hai Long Jiao can improve the body weight, body temperature and total spontaneity frequency of the hydrocortisone-induced kidney deficiency mouse model, enhance ovary and womb development of the young female mouse, and shorten the penis erection latency of castrated male mice.Conclusion:Granule Hai Long Jiao exhibits preferable effect on the kidney and strengthening the Yang.
