摘　　要：目的:研究脊椎结核X线表现,探讨脊椎结核X线诊断和鉴别诊断要点。方法:回顾性分析29例脊柱结核临床和X线表现。结果:脊椎结核好发于脊柱胸、腰段,常使2个以上椎体受累,主要X线表现为:1椎体破坏;2椎间隙变窄;3椎旁软组织肿块和脓肿;4脊柱生理弧度改变。结论:熟练掌握其X线特点及临床病理改变是诊断本病的关键。Objective To study the X-ray manifestation of vertebral tuberculosis and to explore the main points of the X-ray feature of vertebral tuberculosis in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods The clinical and X-ray were analyzed.Results Reliable criteria for vertebral tuber culosis were chest waist segment and multiple or diffuse bone destruction.The X-ray features included:①the destruction of vertebral body;②a cleft of the vertebrate body narrow down;③the soft organization of side of the vertebrate body swell and cold abscess;④the song a change of the spinal column physiology. Conclusions It is important to indentify the X-ray features of vertebral tuberculosis in order to diagnosis it.
