摘　　要：介绍了80kN汽车冲焊驱动桥后桥半壳冷冲压弯曲成形工艺、模具结构及其工作过程,以及主要零部件的设计,指出了模具设计及使用过程中应注意的事项。The cold-pressed bending process of the semi-shell of the rear part of the stamping andwelding,driving axle,the structure and the working process of the cold stamping bending die forforming the forming shell,and the design of the main accessories and parts are introduced.Thepoints needed attention in design and application of the die are listed.
