摘 要:精密塑件的尺寸和形状精度要求很高,表面粗糙度很小,这就要求模具的型腔与型芯设计精度较高,但用一般注射模的设计方法设计型腔与型芯时,其加工出来的塑件不能完全满足要求。因此,要满足精密塑件的尺寸要求,必须了解精密塑件的概念、熟知精密注射成型所用的塑料、掌握精密注射模具型腔型芯的设计方法。根据实际设计过程中的经验和有关技术资料,叙述了精密塑件型腔与型芯的设计方法,据此制造出的模具所生产的塑料制品可满足其使用要求。Precise plastic parts have high demands of dimensions and shape precision and smallroughness.It requires that the design precision of the cavity and core of moulds is very high.The products can't completely satisfy the demands which are designed by usual methods.Therefore,to satisfy the demands of dimensions of precise parts,the concept of preciseparts must be understood,the material of precision products must be known and the designmethod of cavity and core of precise injection molds must be mastered.According to theexperiences of practical design and related technical data,the design method of cavity andcore of precise plastic parts has been narrated.The products with this method satisfy thedemands.
