摘　　要：摩托车油箱外壳具有结构尺寸大、拉深度高、型面复杂等特点,因此,其模具设计、制造成本很高。实际生产中首先在Unigraphics进行零件三维实体造型,然后利用工件设计出凸模、凹模、压边圈等,将设计好部分进行格式转换,在板料成形软件Dynaform分析成形过程,通过改进板料形状对拉深件成形结果进行优化得到最佳成形结果。The oil tank of motorcycle has the characteristics of large structure size,deepdrawing and complex shape.Therefore,the cost of its die design and manufacture is high.In production,3D entity model is established in Unigraphics.The punch,the die and the ringare designed according to the part too.After the form of the designed parts is converted,theforming process is analyzed by the software Dynaform.The optimum forming result is givenby mending the shape of the blank and optimizing the forming results.
