医护人员操作时手消毒方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的观察AHD 2000型消毒液擦手与0.05%消洗净湿毛巾擦手的消毒效果,寻求医护人员操作时手消毒的有效方法。方法采用2种不同的消毒方法,对40名医护人员分2组进行观察;实验组:用AHD 2000型消毒液擦手30 s;对照组:用0.05%消洗净湿毛巾擦手。结果消毒后实验组手指采样合率为100%,对照组合格率为90%,且手部皮肤不同程度出现粗糙、干裂。结论医护人员采用AHD 2000型消毒液擦手效果理想,操作简便,对手部皮肤损伤小。Objective To compare the effectiveness of the two methods of hand disinfection(wiping hands with AHD 2000 disinfectant and wiping hands with (0.05%) X.X.J wet towel),and to explore the effective method of hand disinfection for medical staff during operations.Methods 40 medical staff were divided into two groups,the experiment group wiped hands 30 seconds with AHD 2000 disinfectant and the control group wiped hands with 0.05% X.X.J wet towel.(Results After) hand disinfection,the qualified rate of samles from fingers was 100% in the experiment group and 90% in the control group,and some of the people in the control group appeared pachylosis and chap in their hands.Conclusion Compared to 0.05%X.X.J,AHD 2000 disinfectant was more effective,easier to be operated and less irritant to the skin of hands.
