摘　　要：研究出了一种新型的除沫元件—垂直筛板型除沫器 ,设计并安装了垂直筛板型除沫器实验装置 ,以空气 -水为实验物系 ,测定了该实验装置的压降及除沫效果。实验结果表明 ,压降随气速的增大而增大 ,分离效率随气速的增大先增大后减小。实践中使用效果良好。A new style of defoaming component——vertical sieve plate defoamer was studied Vertical sieve plate defoamer was designd and installed Pressure drop and defoaming effect are tested with ari water as testing medum Experiment result shous that pressure drop increases with the increare of air velocity Separating efficiency increases with the increase of air velocity at first, then it decreases with the increase of air velocity Good result was obtained
