摘  要:提出用 0 . 5 %硝酸稀释样品 ,Zeeman 石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定全血中微量铅 ,并讨论了有关的实验条件。方法的检出限为 10 0pg ,标样的相对标准偏差 (RSD) 0 . 36 %~ 1. 8% ,样品的相对标准偏差(RSD) 1. 4 %~ 2 . 3% ,回收率 96 . 0 %~ 10. 1 7% ,共存物干扰小。利用此法已分析 6 0 0多例铅接触工人和儿童 ,结果满意。本法简单 ,快速是一种理想的全血测定方法。The determination method for trace Pb in whole blood was studied, which was diluted by 0.5% HNO3. In the measurement, Zeeman-GFAAS was used and the relative condition was discussed. This method shows that the detection limit was 10.0 pg, the relative standard deviation of standards (RSD) was 0.36%-1.8%, the relative standard deviation of samples (RSD) was 1.4%-2.3%. and the recovery rate was 96.0%-101.7%. The concurrent interference was low. This method is simple and rapid. It is an ideal method to determine trace Pb in whole blood.
