摘 要:针对传统层状燃煤锅炉效率低、烟尘排放严重超标两大主要问题,提出了在煤层上部空间采用“多孔分层错列射流式”二次风组织空间燃烧,并在同一台“0.3 t/h立式锅炉”上进行了煤气化—无烟燃烧和普通手烧2种运行方式的对比性工业性试验。试验结果表明,在无炉外除尘器情况下实现了排烟无色、烟尘排放浓度符合国家环保标准GWPB3-1999中一类区要求,该新型二次风装置可有效地实现炉内消烟除尘。A new integrated secondary air device, that is multi-orifices stratification and stagger-arrangement jet secondary air, was put forward to organize upper space combustion based on two main problems of low thermal efficiency and serious smokes emission for traditional layer coal-fired industrial boilers. The new secondary air theory was discussed and the comparative industrial experiments between the coal gasification-smokeless combustion and the traditional hand-fired fashion have been conducted at the same 0.3 t/h vertical hand-fired boiler. It showed that the smoke self-prevention and dust self-control was obviously obtained and smokes discharge could accord with Ⅰ class region given in GWPB3-1999 environmental protection standard under directing burning raw coal. It is rather effective to eliminate black smoke and to decrease dust and NO x emission.
