摘　　要：目的　探讨早期干预对重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)智能发育的影响。方法　将 96例重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿 ,按接受康复治疗情况分为 3组 ,A组患儿接受早期、综合、系统的康复治疗 ;B组患儿均于生后 6个月时才开始接受康复治疗 ;C组患儿只在新生儿期接受营养脑细胞药物和 1个疗程的高压氧治疗。各组均于 2个月、6个月、1 8个月时接受Gesell发育量表测试。结果　 3组患儿DQ评分结果均数间有着显著性差异。其中 ,A组在适应性行为、大运动、精细动作、语言和社交行为五部分内容评分均显著高于B、C组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;2个月、6个月时C组在适应性行为、大运动、社交行为评分显著高于B组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;1 8个月时C组大运动评分显著高于B组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;B、C组其余部分评分差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　坚持早期及综合系统干预 ,可减少重度HIE所致的神经系统后遗症。Objective: To study the effects of early intervention on noopsyche growth development of severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) neautous.Methods:96 cases of severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy neautous were collected and divided into 3 groups. Group A were aged below 6 months and treated with nervous-nutrient remedy, hyperbaric oxygenation and functional habilitation. Group B were received the same treatment and started to treat after 6 months birth. Group C were treated with one course medicine and high baric oxygen during neonate. The 3 groups patients were evaluated and tested with the Gesell scale in 2 months .6 months and 18 months respectively. Results: The results of DQ score were significantly different in 3 groups. All groups were graded by five part contents such as adaptability behaviour、grossly movement、elaborate movement 、language and gregarious.In them, group A was significantly higher than group B and group C(P<0.01) in five part grades.Group C was better than group B in grossly movement (P<0.05).While there was no any other difference of the scores among group B and group C(P>0.05). Conclusion: To persevere with early systemic intervention can reduce neuro system sequela of severe HIE.
