HCG在缺乏LH峰不孕症治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨HCG对不孕症治疗中不出现LH峰的临床作用。方法　随机选取 6 2例 ,88个超排卵治疗周期 ,进行阴道B超监测优势卵泡直径和子宫内膜厚度 ,并同时测定尿LH和基础体温 ,对优势卵泡成熟 ,但未能出现预期LH峰的周期 ,注射HCG 1 0 0 0 0IU ,2 4h后进行IUI。结果　注射HCG后 4 8hB超显示有 71个周期 (85 .5 % )已经排卵 ,2 5个周期 (30 .1 % )成功怀孕。结论　HCG能弥补体内LH峰的不足 ,明显提高超排卵周期的排卵率和妊娠率。Objective: To study the clinical effects of HCG administration on the treatment of infertility without LH surge. Methods: Eighty-eight controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycles were selected from 62 patients to detect the leading folliclar diameter and the endometrial thickness by transvaginal sonography, urinary luteinizing hormone (LH) and basic temperature were measured at the same time. The cycles which leading folliclar was mature but no LH surge occurred as expected were treated with 10000 IU HCG and IUI was performed after 24 hours. Results: 48 hours after HCG administration, ovulation had been observed in 71(85.5%) cycles by sonography, and pregnancy was in 25(30.1%) cycles. Conclusion: HCG can compensate the LH surge deficiency, and increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate significantly in the ovarian hyperstimulation cycles.
