吉林省玉米生产省域尺度上比较优势分析及建议

摘　　要：从播种面积指数、单产指数、效益指数以及综合比较优势指数的角度分析了吉林省玉米生产的比较优势,结果表明,和全国其他省份相比吉林玉米播种面积指数和单产指数具有明显的比较优势,1997-2001五年平均均位于全国第三位;效益指数和全国平均水平相比具有比较优势,和全国优势省份相比不具有比较优势,1997-2001五年平均位于全国第十二位.综合比较优势指数具有明显的比较优势,1997～2001五年平均位于全国第四位.在此基础上,提出吉林省发展玉米生产的对策建议.The comparative advantage of maize production in Jilin province is analyzed based on the sow area index ,unit yield index and benefit index in this paper.The results show that there are obvious comparative advantage in sow area index and unit yield index ,compared with the other provinces in China,the average of 1997 to 2001 stands the third in China;there is comparative advantage of benefit index compared with the average of the whole countries.However, there is not comparative advantage compared with the preponderant provinces in China,the average of 1997 to 2001 stands the twelfth in China;there is obvious comprehensive comparative advantage in Jilin provincial maize production ,the average of 1997 to 2001 stands the fourth in China.On the basis of the above,we put forward the countermeasures to develop maize production in Jilin province.
