小儿腹股沟疝术后并发症的防治体会

摘　　要：目的　探讨小儿腹股沟疝术后并发症的防治方法。方法　分析我院1998～2 0 0 3年收治的189例小儿腹股沟疝手术并发症的预防和处理情况。结果　术后复发4例,再次手术3例。阴囊血肿16例,阴囊感染并脓肿1例。无输精管及其动静脉损伤,无髂腹下神经和髂腹股沟神经损伤。结论　充分的手术准备、良好的手术操作技能、恰当的术后处理是预防和治疗小儿腹股沟疝术后并发症的关键。Objective To explore the method of prevention and treatment for post-operative complications of inguinal hernia in children. Methods 189 cases of inguinal hernia in children were reviewed and analysed from 1998 to 2003 in Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College. Results 4 patients recrudesced,3 patients were operated after first opration.There were scrotum hematoma in 16 cases and scrotum infection and abscess in 1 case.There was no damnifications of spermaduct,iliohypogastric nerve and ilioinguinal nerve. Conclusion Abandant perioprative preparative, good operative skills and appropriate post-oprative managements are the key of prevention and cure for inguinal hernia post-operative complications in children.
