摘　　要：目的 :探讨短期驻舰航行前后直升机飞行人员血浆神经肽含量变化的特点。方法 :对 17名短期驻舰海上航行(为期 9d)直升机飞行人员 ,采用放射免疫法测定航行前后血浆LEK、DynA1-13 、VIP和CCK的含量。结果 :研究发现 ,直升机飞行人员短期驻舰航行后血浆LEK、DynA1-13 、VIP和CCK较航行前显著升高 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :短期海上航行对驻舰直升机飞行人员而言是一种急性应激 。Objective: To investigate changes in plasma levels of neuropeptide in helicopter pilots during a short-term voyage. Methods: Seventeen pilots were measured for plasma levels of LEK、DynA 1～13、VIP and CCK with radioimmunoassay. Results: Following voyage, levels of LEK、DynA 1～13、VIP and CCK were shown to be elevated significantly when compared with that of pre-voyage(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: For helicopter pilots, short-term voyage was an acute stress, which could induce changes in neuropeptide.
