摘　　要：用微波消解皮革试样,火焰原子吸收法测定镉含量。通过试验,优化了微波消解条件。样品分析结果表明:相对标准偏差为4 9% ;加标回收率为88 .5 %～1 0 2 . 2 %。The sample is digested by means of microwave method, the contents of cadmium in leather was determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The condition of microwave digestion were optimized.The RSD is 4.9%; the recovery tested by standard addition method are 84.8%～103.0%.
