摘 要:目的 :探讨高压芒刺静电场对小鼠 L ewis肺癌细胞的作用情况及肿瘤细胞的药物敏感性变化。方法 :采用 MTT法检测体外培养的小鼠 L ewis肺癌细胞单纯电场辐照组、单纯卡铂作用组、电场和卡铂联合作用组及对照组的 A值 ,根据细胞相对死亡率判断细胞活性。结果 :单纯电场作用组与对照组相比 ,电压≤ 1.5 k V时 ,刺激细胞生长 ,当电压 1.5 k V时 ,细胞活性提高至 132 .7% (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而电压 >1.5 k V时 ,抑制细胞生长 ;2 .5 k V时抑制效果最佳 ,细胞活性仅为对照组的 71.7% (P<0 .0 5 )。电场和卡铂联合作用组与对照组和单纯卡铂作用组相比 ,能更有效地抑制小鼠 L ewis肺癌细胞生长 ,细胞活性是对照组的 5 7.8% (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :高压芒刺静电场对肿瘤细胞有直接的抑制作用 ,同时不同程度地提高肿瘤细胞对某些化疗药物的敏感性。Objective To investigate the effects of high-voltage prickle electrostatic fields (HVPEF) on proliferation and drug susceptibility of mouse Lewis lung cancer cells. Methods MTT method was adopted to detect A values of cells for deducing relative activity of cells in group after HVPEF, group treated only with carboplatin, group treated with both HVPEF and carboplatin. Results In group after HVPEF, the cell growth was stimulated with voltages ≤1.5 kV. At voltage 1.5 kV, the relative activity of cells was 132.7% compared with control group (P<0.05); the cell growth was inhibited after voltages >1.5 kV, the best inhibitory voltage was 2.5 kV and the relative activity of cells in 2.5 kV group merely was 71.7% of that in control group (P<0.05); Moreover, the effects of HVPEF and carboplatin together on the cells were significant, the relative activity of cells in group treated with both HVPEF and carboplatin was 57.8% of that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Different intensities of HVPEF can directly inhibit the growth of tumor cells and increase the susceptibilities of tumor cells to chemotherapy drugs.
