大型球式热风炉的开发应用

摘　　要：柳钢 6号 75 0 m3高炉大型球式热风炉通过采用大型无焰陶瓷燃烧器、刚玉质耐火球等新技术、新设备、新材料 ,解决了球式热风炉大型化的一些制约因素 ,在使用单一高炉煤气的条件下 ,获得 14 30℃的顶温 ,最高风温达 12 5 0℃。经生产实践证明 ,大型球式热风炉的热效率高、节能、风温高、投资省、运行费用低、施工周期短等优势得到充分体现。目前 ,该技术已应用到柳钢 7号 10 80 m3高炉、 8号 12 80 m3高炉。No.6750 m3 blast furnace of Liug ang uses new technology, new equipments and new materials, such as large flameless c eramic burner, corundum firestone and so on as a means of solving some restricti ve factors.The top temperature of 1430 ℃ and maximum blast tempe rature of 1250 ℃ using single blast furnace gas can be reached.T he application had approved the virtue of the pebble stove such as high thermal efficiency, more energy saved, high blast temperature, lower investment, lower r unning fee, shorter construction period and so on.At present, this technology i s applied to No.7 blast furnace of 1080 m3 and No.8 blast furn ace of 1280 m3 at Liugang.
