人工诱发鸡骨质石化病（骨型白血病）及其放射学研究

摘　　要：本文在国内首次报告用骨质石化病患鸡血液腹腔接种１日龄雏鸡，诱发本病获得成功。经Ｘ线摄片检查至２２４日龄止，检出发病率为７４．４％（２９／３９），其中临床型占４４．８％（１３／２９），隐性型占５５．２％（１６／２９）。公、母鸡的发病率分别为８９．５％（１７／１９）和６０％根据（１２ｌ２０）Ｘ线表现和病变程度分为四种类型：１．胫骨局限性骨质增生硬化；２．四肢长骨骨质增生硬化与梭状畸形；３．合并局部丘状骨膜骨质增生硬化；４．胫骨小灶性增生硬化；胫骨病理切片观察，证实隐性型患鸡的病变主要限于骨内膜及相邻骨质向骨髓腔增生。血常规检查仅提示患鸡有不同程度贫血征象，诊断意义不大。血清碱性磷酸酶含量的增高，可初步反映出患鸡为正在进行的较重症病例。放射学检查对活鸡早期快速确诊有实际意义。This is the first report that avian osteopetrosis could be transmitted successfully byintraperitoneal injection of whole blood into day-old chickens in China. Twenty nineexperimentally induced case:of the disease were diagnosed and studied by radiographyin chickens up to 224 days old. Total incidence was 74.4%(29/39).The birds showingclinical signs amounted to 44.8%(13/29)and occult cases to 55.2%(16 /19).The inci-phic signs and lesions of the disease might be divided into the following four types: (a)localized hyperosteogeny and osteosclerosis in tibia; (b) hyperosteogeny and osteosclerosisand fusiform deformity of tbe long bones in the extremities; (c)combined localizedPeriostosis and osteosclerosis producing protuberances; (d)small focal hyperosteogeny andosteosclerosis in tibia. After carefully studying and comparing the radiographs and secti-ons of bones affected, it was found that most of the lesions of occult cases were locali-zed mainly in the endosteum and compact bones around it,and in the marrow cavity.The routine hematological tests only showed anaemia to varying degree in birds affected,ivhich might be of no much significance in diagnosis of tbe disease- The increased serumalkaline Phosphatase (SAKP) level might reflect the presence of advanced cases.
