五官X线摄影定位器(Ⅱ型)的构造及临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :解决五官各部位如茎突、视神经孔、乳突、颞颌关节等部位高难度的X线摄影问题。在原来定位器 (Ⅰ型 )的基础上进行技术改进 ,提高X线摄影技术和诊断水平。方法 :根据X线摄影学的几何原理及五官各部位的投照角度、体位及X线解剖关系 ,设置由木盒、大托盘、小托盘、支撑板、铅板、角度度量平面刻度板、轴承、固定滤线栅、铝合金板、导向滑轮、移动导向手柄轮、轮胎线、槽式有机玻璃角度尺、旋钮防滑橡胶板构成的五官X线摄影定位器。结果 :该定位器运作灵活、性能稳定、一械多用。结论 :该定位器投照准确率高 ,所获得片子图象清晰、对比度分辨率好。大大提高了X线摄影技术和诊断水平。Objective:To solve the highly-difficult radiography problems of five sense organs positions,such as mastoid process,styloid process,foramen opticum and temporomandibular jointetc.Based on radiographic localizer(Ⅰ)of five-sense organs technique modification, raise X-ray radiography level and diagnosis level.Methods:Based on radiographic geometrical principles angles,positions and anatomical relations, we manufactured a kind of simpie radiographic localizer made of wood-box,large tray,small tray,supporting plate,lead plate,angle plate,organic glass plate,bearing,stationary grid,aluminum alloy plank ,idle wheel,tyre string ,idle wheel center pin ,the rubber hide antislips ,wood-goniometer.Results:This localizer is rightful to work out the plot,novelly designed,working neatly,and has mutiple uses.Conclusion:The accuracy of localizer is very high,the radiograph has clear image and excellent contrast.
