兔轮状病毒的分离及生物学特性的研究

摘　　要：１９９０～１９９１年，从云南腹泻死亡幼兔，选用ＥＭ、Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ、ＲＮＡ－ＰＡＧＥ检测皆为ＲＶ阳性的４份肠内容物，通过ＭＡ－１０４和Ｖｅｒｏ细胞培养，分到２株致细胞病变的ＲＲＶ（ＡＮ１和ＡＮ２）。经形态学、培养特性、理化特性、基因组分析和血清学特性鉴定，为Ａ群血清３型ＲＶ。这在我国属首次报道。Two strains of cytopathic rotavirus (AN1 and AN2) were isolated using Ma-104cells and vero cells from four specimens of died diarrheal rabbit intestinal contents,which were dectected rotavirus positive by EM. Dot-ELISA. RNA-PAGE in Yunnan from1990 to 1991. The two strains of rota virus have been identified as group A serotype 3rotavirus according to the morphology cultural characteristics, Physical and chemicalProperties,genome analysis and serological characteristics. This is tlie first report in China.
