摘　　要：山羊甘肃棘豆中毒睾丸、附睾的病理学研究丁伯良，王建辰，薛登民，贾维真，王淑娥（西北农业大学兽医系，杨陵７１２１００）马远莉（陕西省农科院农业测试中心）摘要对６只１０月龄西农莎能奶山羊公羊每日按１０ｇ／ｋｇ剂量单笼饲喂甘肃棘豆粉，４只同龄公羊作对照。１...Six l0-month Xinong Saanen dairy buck were individually fed l0g/kg of dried,ground Oxytropis kansuensis per day.The four others were used as controls.After the 18th day, the experimental goats appeared to toxic symptoms in succession:trembling head,staring eyes, hind quarter paralysis, staggering gait,sexual involution and ema-ciation. Three goats died on the 28-52nd days.The three others were slaughtered on the 62nd days. Body ureight of poisoned goats reduced,in the meantime, the weight of testes and epididymis decreased.Microscopically, epithelial cells of the seminiferous tubules and epididymis contained numerous cytoplasmic vacuoles.Spermatogenesis was decreased. The transmission electron microscope observations showed the supporting cell nuclei contained intranuclear pseudoinclusions,the smooth endoplasmic reticulum in Leydig cell markedly decreased,nucleoli of seminiferous epithelium cell were divided and vacuolated.The columnar cell nuclei of epididymis tubules were irregular,their mitochondria were swollen and vacuolated.The scanning electron microscope observationssuggested epithelium ling seminiferous tubules were unclear.The surface of seminiferouscells and Golgi’s spermatids was rough and irregular. Microvilli of epithelium lining theepididymis were detached.Spermatozoa Were abnormal.
