摘　　要：金融风险是个古老而新鲜的话题,特别是随着中国经济体制改革进程的深化和加入世贸组织后银行业面临的巨大冲击,我国金融风险防范问题,受到了来自各个方面的密切关注。近年来,我国学术界对金融风险的类别、如何构建金融风险防范体系以及防范金融风险的措施与对策等问题进行了研究和探讨。这些研究成果对于加强我国金融风险的防范具有重要的借鉴意义。Financial risk is an old but fresh topic, especially, with the process of China economic regime reform deepened and banking industry confronting with great assaulting after China’s entry into WTO, financial risk coverage problem has received close concern from various fields. In recent years, China’s academic community has made research and exploration on the classification of financial risk, how to structure financial risk coverage system and how to take measures and countermeasures to cover financial risks.
