China’s Agriculture Industrialization and Financial Institutional Arrangement

摘　　要：如何解决家庭联产承包责任制的小生产与大市场接轨问题,是中国农业结构性调整必须面对的,是重构制度性安排的关键。中国农民自发性创造和政府的政策安排支持,使中国农业经营组织化这一难题得到破解,它的实现形式便是农业产业化。实践中中国农业产业化的推广运作遇到了一些需要制度性解决的问题,而首当其冲的便是农业金融制度安排。How to solve the problem of small-scale production in family cooperative production contract liability merging big market is one with which China agriculture structured adjustment must confront. It’s also the key to rebuilding institutional arrangement. Chinese peasant’s simultaneous creation and policy arrangement support from governments make the difficulty of China agriculture operation organization solved. The realizing form of the solution is agriculture industrialization. In practice, popularization of agriculture industrialization in China has met some problems needed to be solved institutionally, first of all, agriculture financial institution arrangement.
