摘 要:摘要目的:建立具有生物力学特性的上颌骨复合体三维有限元模型,以期指导有效解决上颌宽度不足问题。方法:实验于2004-05/11在西安交通大学机械学院实验室完成,对正常志愿者颌面部进行螺旋CT扫描,应用Pro/E和Ansys计算机软件重建上颌骨复合体三维有限元模型。结果:建立了包括颅骨、上颌骨的三维有限元模型,可根据实验需求模拟不同部位及不同力值牵张成骨术。结论:所建上颌骨复合体三维有限元模型,具有良好的生物相似性和几何相似性,为进一步研究牵张成骨奠定了基础。AIM:To establish a three dimensional(3D) finite element model of the maxillary complex with biomechanical properties in order to instruct to solve the problem of maxillary deficiency in width effectively. METHODS:The experiment was completed in School of Mechanical Engineering,Xi'an Jiaotong University from May to November in 2004.The maxillofacial region of a normal voluntary human was scanned by using helical CT,and the 3D finite element model of craniofacial complex was reestablished by computer Pro/E and Ansys software.RESULTS:A 3D finite element model comprising cranium and maxilla was established,which can be used to simulate maxillary distraction osteogenesis at different positions and with different forces.CONCLUSION:The 3D finite element model of the craniofacial complex was established with good similarity in geometry and biology,which will provide a satisfactory basis for the study of distraction osteogenesis.
