高氧平衡盐溶液对家兔吸入性损伤肺功能相关数据的影响

摘  要:目的:通过对家兔吸入性损伤早期应用高氧平衡盐溶液进行治疗,观察其对肺功能相关数据的影响。方法:实验于2004-03/07在第四军医大学西京医院烧伤外科实验室完成。首先建立家兔重度烟雾吸入性损伤模型并将89只家兔按随机数分为4组:正常对照组(5只);平衡盐溶液治疗组(28只),致伤后补充复方氯化钠溶液,连续10d;高氧液治疗组(28只),致伤后补充高氧复方氯化钠溶液,连续10d;对照组(28只),致伤后不治疗;平衡盐溶液治疗组、高氧液治疗组及对照组又分为伤后12h,1,2,3,5,7,10d7个时点组。按时点将健存动物活杀取材,对各组动物生命体征,血浆总蛋白浓度、支气管肺泡灌洗液总蛋白浓度和中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶水平,肺毛细血管通透指数,肺组织髓过氧化物酶活力等指标进行动态观察检测。结果:致伤组各时相点支气管肺泡灌洗液总蛋白浓度、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶水平、肺毛细血管通透指数、肺组织肺组织髓过氧化物酶活力等指标均较正常对照组升高,其顺序为对照组>平衡盐溶液治疗组>高氧液治疗组>正常对照组。结论:早期应用高氧平衡盐溶液对改善肺功能有显著效果。AIM:To investigate the application of hyperoxic Ringer's solution in the treatment of early inhalation injury in rabbits so as to observe the effect of hyperoxic Ringer's solution on the relevant data of pulmonary function.METHODS:The experiment was completed in the Department of Burn Surgery,Xijing Hospital,Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from March to July 2004.After the establishment of severe burn model of inhalation injury caused by smog,89 rabbits were randomly into four groups according to the number,i.e.normal control group(n=5),Ringer's solution treatment group(n=28),hyperoxic Ringer's solution treatment group(n =28) and control group(n=28).The rabbits in Ringer's solution treatment group were treated with ringer's solution for consecutive 10 days,and those in the hyperoxic Ringer's solution treatment group with hyperoxic Ringer's solution for consecutive 10 days.The control group was not treated after burn.Ringer's solution treatment group and hyperoxic Ringer's solution treatment group were subdivided into 7 time groups equally,groups of 12 hours,1,2,3,5,7 and 10 days post injury.The indexes including vital signs,the total protein concentration in blood plasma,the total protein concentration and the elastase level of neutrophil(NE) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF),the pulmonary microvascular permeability index,the detections of myeloperoxidase(MPD) in the lung tissue were determined dynamically after the survived animals were killed at the corresponding time points.RESULTS: The indexes of the total protein concentration and the elastase level of NE in BALF,the pulmonary microvascular permeability index,the detections of MPD in the injured lung tissues were all higher than those in the controls,and the sequence was as follows:control group >Ringer's solution treatment group >hyperoxic Ringer's solution treatment group >normal group.CONCLUSION:Application of hyperoxic Ringer's solution during the early post injury stage is obviously beneficial to the improvement of pulmo
