摘 要:目的:探讨加味补阳还五汤对16Hz,130dB以及8Hz,130dB次声暴露下小鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛含量的影响,以期为次声的防治提供实验学数据。方法:实验于2003-10/2004-03在第四军医大学次声实验室完成。将80只BALB/c小鼠分为8Hz组和16Hz组,这两组分别再分为空白组、单纯次声组、以及次声加用药组(根据用药剂量的不同又分高、中、低剂量3组),每组8只,14d后测试其SOD活性和丙二醛含量。结果:在16Hz组中,次声加用药组SOD活性和丙二醛含量分别为(9.3±1.0),(6.0±1.0)μkat/g和(7.6±1.5),(7.3±1.0)μmol/g,与单纯次声组(3.3±0.7)μkat/g和(11.7±1.6)μmol/g相比,差异具有显著性意义(F=4.382,11.152,P<0.05)。在8Hz组中,次声加用药组SOD活性和丙二醛含量分别为(5.3±0.3),(4.2±0.2)μkat/g和(4.3±0.3),(4.6±0.2)μmol/g,与单纯次声组(2.4±0.1)μkat/g和(5.7±0.3)μmol/g相比,差异具有显著性意义(F=13.672,6.037,P<0.01)。结论:16Hz,130dB以及8Hz,130dB次声可引发小鼠脑皮质的脂质过氧化。加味补阳还五汤可以通过提高小鼠体内SOD的活性来清除体内的自由基,使丙二醛含量降低,从而减少对生物膜等方面的损伤,减轻次声对机体作用后的不良反应。AIM:To study the effects of jiawei buyang huanwu decoction on the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) of brain tissues in mice exposed to infrasound of 130 dB(8 Hz) and 130 dB(16 Hz)so as to provide laboratory data for the prevention and treatment of infrasound exposure.METHODS:The experiment was conducted in the laboratory for infrasound of Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from October 2003 to March 2004.Eighty BALB/c mice were divided into 8 Hz group and 16 Hz group,and then they were subdivided into blank groups,simple infrasound groups,infrasound and drug treated groups(it was divided into 3 groups according to high,middle and low doses of drugs) with 8 animals in each group.The level of SOD and MDA was determined 14 days later.RESULTS:In the 16 Hz group,the level of MDA and SOD was (9.3± 1.0),(6.0± 1.0) μ kat/g and (7.6± 1.5),(7.3± 1.0) μ mol/g respectively in the infrasound and drug treated group,significantly different from that in the simple infrasound group[(3.3± 0.7) μ kat/g and (11.7± 1.6) μ mol/g](F=4.382,11.152,P< 0.05).In the 8 Hz group,the level of MDA and SOD was (5.3± 0.3),(4.2± 0.2) μ kat/g and (4.3± 0.3),(4.6± 0.2) μ mol/g in the infrasound and drug treated group,significantly different from that in the simple infrasound group[(2.4± 0.1) μ kat/g and(5.7± 0.3) μ mol/g](F =13.672,6.037,P< 0.01).CONCLUSION:16 Hz(130 dB) and 8 Hz(130 dB) infrasound can induce lipid peroxidation reaction in brain cortex of mice.Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction can clear free radical and decrease the level of MDA by enhancing the activities of SOD to reduce the injury to biomembrane,etc.and alleviate the side effects of body caused by infrasound.
