摘 要:目的:通过测定斑白对酪氨酸酶的抑制率,揭示其治疗黑色素增多性疾患的机制。方法:实验于2004-01/05在福建中医学院毒理实验室完成,采用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法检测酪氨酸酶活性。结果:斑白搽剂在高(250g/L)、中(200g/L)、低(150g/L)3个不同浓度对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的活性均有很强的抑制作用。最高抑制率和t值分别是:高组97.58%,58.97;中组96.32%,59.25;低组96.14%,60.06。其抑制作用,随药物浸泡时间和浓度的增加而增强。与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论:斑白搽剂治疗黑色素增多性皮肤病的主要机制是抑制酪氨酸酶的活性。()AIM:To detect the rate of banbai liniment in inhibiting tyrosinase so as to reveal the mechanism of banbai liniment for hyperpigmentation disorders.METHODS:The experiment was conducted in the Laboratory for Toxicology,Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to May 2004.The activity of tyrosinase was estimated by measuring the oxidation rate of DL dopa.RESULTS:Banbai liniment at high(250 g/L),middle(200 g/L) and low(150 g/L) concentration had potently inhibitive effect on the activity of tyrosinase.The highest inhibition rate and t value were 97.58% ,58.97 in high dose group,96.32% ,59.25 in middle dose group and 96.14% ,60.06 in low dose group.The inhibitive effect was strengthened with increasing concentration and over soaking time.The inhibitive effect in three dose groups was significantly different from that in control group(P< 0.001).CONCLUSION:The main mechanism of the banbai liniment in the treatment of the hyperpigmentation disorders is its inhibitive effect on the activity of tyrosinase.
