摘　　要：目的:综述目前研究前列腺增生症(begnignprostatichyperplasia,BPH)患者的生活质量的测评工具,及其主要研究结果。资料来源:计算机检索NCBIEntrezPubMed1990-01/2004-08有关生活质量的文章,检索词为“qualityoflife,benignprostatichyperplasia,同时计算机检索CBMdisc1995-01/2004-09和CNKI1990-01/2004-09有关生活质量的文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“生活质量,量表”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入标准:用一个或多个普适性量表或疾病特异性量表评价生活质量的文章。排除标准:①只提及生活质量一词,但没有用量表进行量化测评的文章。②文献中的重复研究、Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到30篇文献,26篇符合纳入标准。排除的4篇文献中,3篇仅用一种量表测评BPH患者的手术效果,系重复的同一研究,1篇为Meta分析研究。资料综合:26篇文献中,用特异性量表评价BPH患者生活质量的有10篇,用普适性量表评价的有16篇。其中,有6篇对量表进行了详细的介绍。结论:目前评价BPH患者生活质量的常用测评工具,普适性量表有WHOQOL-BREF,MOSSF-36,WHOQOLOLD,NPH等;特异性量表有:IPSS,POQ,DNA-PSS-1等。结果发现对BPH患者生活质量的最主要的影响因素有:文化程度,下尿路症状,所生活的周围环境。OBJECTIVE:To review the current instruments commonly used to assess the quality of life(QOL) of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and chief findings about them.DATA SOURCES:A computer based search of NCBI Entrez PubMed for relevant articles to QOL published between January 1990 and August 2004 was performed using key words of “ quality of life,benign prostatic hyperplasia' in English.Meanwhile,another two computer based searches of CBMdisc between January 1995 and October 2004, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(INKI) between January 1990 and september 2004 were conducted for the articles about QOL with the key words of “ quality of life,scale' with language in Chinese.STUDY SELECTION:The articles retrieved were first evaluated according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The articles in which one or more general or disease specific scales were used to assess the QOL were included,while the articles in which ① the term QOL was only referred to but no scales were used to quantify the QOL;② only repetitive research or Meta analytic research was done were excluded.DATA EXTRACTION:Totally 30 literatures were collected,of which 26 were included.Of the 4 articles excluded,3 assessed only the operation results in the BPH patients with one scale and were repetitive research,and 1 was Meta analytic research.DATA SYNTHESIS:Of the 26 articles included,10 used disease specific scales to assess the QOL in BPH patients,and 16 used general scales.Six articles gave a detailed introduction of the scales used.CONCLUSION:At present,of the commonly used scales to assess the QOL for BPH patients,WHOQOL BREF,MOS SF 36,WHOQOL OLD and NPH are general,and IPSS,POQ and DNA PSS 1 are specific.It has been found that the major factors which have an impact on the QOL of BPH patients are:education,symptoms of lower urinary tract,living environment,sexual life,medical service available and so on.
