化学在中药现代化中的应用

摘　　要：中药及其制剂作为重要的药物形式正在逐步得到国际社会的关注,但在我国其开发现状与先进国家相比还存在较大的差距,主要原因之一是中药标准化的问题。基于我们室的化学研究,本文介绍在中药现代化的进程中所用的化学方法和技术及其最近进展,着重介绍中药的化学成分鉴定,中药的化学标准化包括质量分析、安全保证、指纹图谱等,以及化学在药物代谢研究中的应用。Traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) and their preparations are gaining increasing popularly worldwide as an important approach to the development of pharmaceuticals. The standardization of TCM is one of the major factors that lead to the difference between the current situation of drug development in China and that in the developed countries. Base on certain chemical studies in our department, this paper introduces the recent advances of chemical methods and techniques used to support the process of modernization of TCM. The focus is on the compositional characterization , chemical standardization including quality control, safety assurance, fingerprinting, and chemical study in drug metabolism.
