摘　　要：根据碳钢扳手的技术规范和科技的发展,通过采用新结构网带炉生产线、PAG基淬火介质、优化工艺规范等措施,将扳手盐浴热处理手工操作,成功地改进为保护气氛光洁热处理连续化生产。产品质量稳定提高,环境污染得到根除,生产成本下降,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。According to the specification for carbon steel spanner and the development of science and technologyas well as by using such meashures as new type mesh belt furnace, PAG-based quenchant and optimizing processspecification and so on, heat treating of the spanner has been changed from manual operating in the salt bath furnaceto the continuous bright quenching in protective atmosphere. Asaresult, quality of the spanner has been stably improvedon, environmental pollution eradicated, production cost reduced and good economical and social benefits obtained.
