摘　　要：目的　探讨不同途径给氧对突发性聋疗效的影响。方法　将 6 6例突发性聋患者随机分为 3个治疗组 ,每组 2 2例 ,第 1组采用常规疗法 +经鼻吸氧治疗 ;第 2组采用常规疗法 +静舒氧治疗 ;第 3组采用常规疗法 +高压氧舱治疗。比较治疗后各组在 0 .5、1、2、4kHz听力提高的均值。结果　第 1组、第 2组、第 3组四个频率的平均听力提高分别为 2 0 .5、4 1.2 5、4 3.2dB ,第 2组、第 3组和第 1组比较 ,听力提高有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而第 2组与第 3组比较无明显区别 (P >0 .0 5 )。在平均听阈 (pure-toneaverage ,PTA)≤ 80dB患者中 ,第 2组与第 3组的听力提高分别为 4 6 .6dB、4 6 .2dB ,二组之间无显著性差异 ;而在PTA >80dB患者中 ,第 3组平均听力提高明显高于第 2组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　常规疗法 +静舒氧或高压氧舱都能提高突发性聋的治疗效果。和高压氧舱相比 ,静舒氧使用方便 ,禁忌症和并发症较少 ,但对PTA >80dB的患者 ,应早采用高压氧舱治疗。Objective To investigate the therapeu ti c effects of conventional treatment with different routes of oxygen supply on su dden deafness. Methods A total of 66 patients with sudden deafness has been treated in a prospective randomized study. Twenty two patients (group 1) we re treated with drug and oxygen inhalation. Twenty two patients (group 2) were t reated with drug and intravenous oxygen. Twenty two patients (group3) were trea ted with drug and hyperbaric oxygen. The hearing gains at 0.5?1?2?4 kHz and the mean values were compared in the three group patients. Results The mean hearing gains was 20.5 dB in group1,41.2 5 dB in group 2 and 43.2 dB in group 3. There was statistical difference among th e three groups in the mean hearing gains. In patients with PTA≤80 dB, the mean hearing gains were 46.6 and 46.2 dB in group 2 and group 3 respectively(P>0. 0 5),but in patients with PTA>80 dB,there was statistical difference between gro up 2 and group 3 (P<0.05). Conclusion The conventional drug treatment with intraveno us oxygen or with hyperbaric oxygen is a useful treatment for sudden deafness. C o mpared with hyperbaric oxygen, the intravenous oxygen is easy to use in clinic , and has little prohibitions and complications.
