摘  要:对嫁接和自根黄瓜果实品质研究的结果表明 ,嫁接和自根黄瓜果实的物理特征及营养特性虽然有一定的差异 ,但变化规律基本一致。在花后相同的天数 ,嫁接黄瓜比自根黄瓜果形指数变小 ,单果重略有增加。维生素 C极显著降低 ,可溶性糖和氨基酸因砧木不同变化不一致 ,可溶性蛋白和含水量几乎没有变化。在北方日光温室春季栽培下 ,白籽南瓜 (全能铁甲F1 )和黑籽南瓜以前者为砧木的嫁接黄瓜果实品质相对较好。嫁接和自根黄瓜果实均在花后 9d,其外观特征和营养品质特性较佳 。The quality of grafted cucumber fruits with different rootstocks and own cucumber fruits were studied in the experiment.The result indicated:there were some distinctness in physical and nutrimental characteristics of grafted cucumber fruits and own cucumber fruits,however they both follow certain variation pattern.L/D index of grafted cucumber fruit decreased,another single fruit weight increased little.The vitamin C of grafted cucumber showed remarkable lower,then soluble sugar and free amino acids of grafted cucumber were different from rootstocks,and soluble protein and moisture content changed little at the same days after flowering.Different rootstock had an effect on the indexes of cucumber fruit quality at the same days after flowering. White-pumpkin were more excellent than figleaf gourd in quality of cucumber fruit.Some indexes of quality were the best at the ninth days after flowering,then the times were more appropriate picking days at north greenhouse in spring.
