摘　　要：在对粮食安全研究现状分析的基础上 ,探讨了影响粮食安全的几个因素 ,包括人口快速增长、农业资源的退化与短缺、自然灾害频繁发生、粮食生产的经济效果弱化、区域不稳定因素的影响、城市扩张和修路等占用耕地、物质投入与科技投入不足、粮食单产水平不高、人均粮食的需求量增加。Based on the analysis of study of the foodstuff safety. Some status and affection factors of the food security were discussed in this paper. Such as population increased fastly, agricultural resource degeneratment and lack, natural-ties happened frequently, and the economy benefit descended of the food production, the infection of the area instability status, the field been used by the cities expanded and build road etc, stuff and science and technology all few provided, and the yield per hectare of the food supplies, the requirement of food supplies increased, the government not do their manage best and the food supplies wasted etc.
