摘　　要：目的探索一种安全、简便、有效的整复歪鼻畸形的方法。方法采用鼻前庭入路,鼻骨复位、鼻中隔偏曲矫正、隆鼻术相结合的综合治疗手段矫正歪鼻畸形。结果 2002年11月至2004年4月我院整型外科共收治外伤性歪鼻畸形38例,治愈32例,好转6例。随访1～18个月,外形满意、鼻腔通气功能改善,未发生明显并发症。结论鼻骨外伤畸形多因伤后早期未及时有效处理,经手术切开复位、同时鼻整形,消除了引起畸形的原因,可取得较满意的效果。Purpose To investigate a method for safe,simple and effective restitution of nasal deviation.Methods Thirty-eight cases underwent fracture correction,septum corrected operation and augmentation rhinoplasty.Results Thirty- two cases were cured and six cases improved.Conclusion The secondary deformities of nasal fi'actures caused by inaccurate and delayed primary treatment,can be corrected by a combined operation of nasal bones and septum correction with good results.
