摘  要:通过自由基共聚合得到丙烯酸树脂,然后用甲基丙烯酸异氰酸乙酯(MOI)对其改性,合成了既带有N,N 二甲胺基,又带有乙烯基的紫外光固化阴极电泳漆基体树脂。研究了甲基丙烯酸二甲胺乙酯(DMAE MA)用量对改性丙烯酸树脂水分散体和漆膜性能的影响规律。结果表明,树脂分子链上引入 DMAEMA后,其水分散性有较大改善,随 DMAEMA用量增加,水分散体的粒径减小、粘度略有增加、稳定性增强,电泳沉积量和漆膜厚度增加,电泳沉积漆膜的初期含水率增加。综合考虑水分散体和漆膜的性能,丙烯酸树脂中DMAEMA质量分数以0.144左右为宜。Acrylic resin containing N,N-dimethyl amino group and vinyl group applicable for UV-curable and cathodic electrophoretic paint was synthesized via radical polymerization of acrylic monomers followed by modification with methacrylic oxyethyl isocyanate (MOI). The effect of the content of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) on the properties of the electrophoretic paint was studied. It was found that the dispersibility of acrylic resin in water was improved greatly after introducing DMAEMA into acrylic resin, and with an increase of the DMAEMA content the particle diameter of the electrophoretic paint decreased significantly, and the stability also improved greatly. The depositing quantity, the coating thickness, and the water content of the coating before UV curing increased with increasing the DMAEMA content. Considering the properties of the electrophoretic paint, the suitable DMAEMA content in acrylic resin is w=0.144.
