摘  要:目的观察抗早2号方治疗女童真性性早熟的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法150例性早熟女童随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例,分别用抗早2号方和知柏地黄汤治疗,并观察患儿临床症状、体征、疗效,测定促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)及子宫卵巢容积、骨龄的变化。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别达到84·0%和66·7%,两组比较有差异(P<0·05)。治疗组治疗后LH降低,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0·01)。B超显示:治疗组治疗后子宫容积和卵巢容积均明显小于对照组(P<0·01)。用药后6个月骨龄显示:治疗组骨龄增长明显落后于年龄增长,减缓骨龄增长速度优于对照组(P<0·01)。结论抗早2号方治疗女童真性性早熟的疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of “Kangzao-Ⅱ Decoction” in treating girl gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) dependent sexual precocity and to explore its mechanism.Methods One hundred and fifty subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 75 girls were treated with “Kangzao-Ⅱ Decoction” and control group in which another 75 girls were treated with “Zhibai Dihuang Decoction”;the clinical effects and changes of FSH,LH,E_2,volume of uterus and ovary and skeletal age were observed.Results After 3-month treatment,the total effective rate was 84.0% in treatment group and 66.7% in control group,with a great difference between them( P <0.05);LH decreased obviously in treatment group( P <0.01);B-ultrasonographic examination showered that the volumes of uterus and ovary in treatment group were smaller than in control group( P <0.01);the skeletal age increase was singificantly behind the age increase,with a lower skeletal age increase speed in treatment group than in control group after 6-month treatment ( P <0.01) .Conclusion“Kangzao-Ⅱ Decoction” has positive effects on GnRH dependent sexual precocity.
